My function as an external guide in the international recruitment and onboarding process benefits both employers and employees:
Employers save time and money by outsourcing recruitment and onboarding to a specialist who can deal with the legal and cultural aspects of the process and the competency mapping.
Employees feel at ease and at leisure to discuss aspects of the hiring and onboarding process with a third party who can clarify both “hard” and “soft” issues.
I received my systemic coach certification from Attractor/Rambøll, now Mannaz A/S, and use my coaching competence in my work with international employees and their accompanying spouses, including in interviews to manage expectations.
I use my PAPI certification and Logiks certification, gained in 2017 through CUBIKS, now Talogy, to carry out PAPI tests in the hiring process.
