- Coordinate with the recruitment manager on the most important selection criteria for the candidates
- Select the best candidates jointly with the recruitment manager
- Arrange PAPI tests for candidates who are invited for interview (typically in round two)
- Provide feedback on the PAPI tests as part of the interview
